Diffuser: For adults and children 12 years and over. Add up to 6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your mist diffuser. Use as required, up to 6 times per day.

Inhalation: Apply 3 drops (0.1mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale. Ideal for bedtime, travel, or a quick reset during the day.

Topical use: Add 2 drops to 10mL of carrier oil for massage. Use immediately and discard any unused portion.

Storage: Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
