Yarrow
Green and slightly bitter, an uncommon herbal note with real character.
What Yarrow actually smells like
Yarrow is distilled from the flowering tops of Achillea millefolium, a wild herb better known for its feathery leaves and flat flower clusters than for perfumery. Steam distillation pulls out a green, slightly bitter oil that's uncommon enough to stand out in a collection built mostly around familiar notes.
It has the same clear-headed, herbal quality that suits a study — a note for people who've already worked through lavender and rosemary and want something with more edge.

A note on safety
For external aromatherapy use only — never taken internally. Use with care during pregnancy, ideally in a diffuser rather than on skin, and avoid entirely during the first trimester unless a qualified practitioner advises otherwise. Suitable for diffuser and inhalation use for adults and children 12 and over; for younger children, consult a healthcare professional first. Use with caution around pets, and never apply topically to an animal. Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
