Palmarosa
Rosy and green with a grassy undertone, gentler than true rose.
What Palmarosa actually smells like
Palmarosa is steam-distilled from a grass, Cymbopogon martinii, not a flower at all — yet it produces a rosy character with a grassy undertone that's genuinely gentler and more affordable-feeling than true rose.
That easy-going, rounded profile makes it a strong everyday-diffusing choice, floral enough to feel considered without demanding a special occasion.

A note on safety
For external aromatherapy use only — never taken internally. Use with care during pregnancy, ideally in a diffuser rather than on skin, and avoid entirely during the first trimester unless a qualified practitioner advises otherwise. Suitable for diffuser and inhalation use for adults and children 12 and over; for younger children, consult a healthcare professional first. Use with caution around pets, and never apply topically to an animal. Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
