What Orange actually smells like
Orange is cold-pressed from the peel of Citrus sinensis, and it's the citrus note with the least learning curve — warm, familiar and universally well-liked, the scent equivalent of a safe, crowd-pleasing choice.

Three ways to use Orange
Diffuser
Up to 6 drops (0.2mL) in your mist diffuser's water, used as needed up to 6 times a day. For adults and children 12 and over.
Inhalation
3 drops (0.1mL) on a pillow or tissue — ideal for bedtime, travel, or a quick reset during the day.
Topical, diluted
2 drops into 10mL of carrier oil for massage. Mix fresh and discard any unused portion.

Use with care during pregnancy, ideally in a diffuser rather than on skin, and avoid entirely during the first trimester unless a qualified practitioner advises otherwise.
