What Ginseng actually smells like
Ginseng is a root note, extracted from Panax ginseng root using CO2 extraction rather than steam — a method better suited to pulling aroma compounds out of dense, woody roots without scorching them. What comes out is earthy and faintly medicinal, closer to the smell of a herbalist's shop than anything sweet or floral.
It's an unusual choice for a diffuser, which is exactly why it tends to end up in studies — a grounding, slightly serious note for a room built around concentration.

Three ways to use Ginseng
Diffuser
Up to 6 drops (0.2mL) in your mist diffuser's water, used as needed up to 6 times a day. For adults and children 12 and over.
Inhalation
3 drops (0.1mL) on a pillow or tissue — ideal for bedtime, travel, or a quick reset during the day.
Topical, diluted
2 drops into 10mL of carrier oil for massage. Mix fresh and discard any unused portion.
