Fir Needle is steam-distilled from the needle of Abies sibirica, a Siberian fir, and it comes closer than any other oil in the range to recreating the actual experience of walking through an evergreen forest — bright, resinous, and instantly transporting.

Three ways to use Fir Needle
Diffuser
Up to 6 drops (0.2mL) in your mist diffuser's water, used as needed up to 6 times a day. For adults and children 12 and over.
Inhalation
3 drops (0.1mL) on a pillow or tissue — ideal for bedtime, travel, or a quick reset during the day.
Topical, diluted
2 drops into 10mL of carrier oil for massage. Mix fresh and discard any unused portion.
